1. To record financial transactions of revenues and expenditures related to the operations of Municipal Government of Teresa, Rizal, and the nine ( 9) Barangays.
  2. To provide reliable financial data and information on the financial condition and result of operation of the Municipality and Barangays for a given period.
  3. To maintain an efficient/systematic accounting system to safeguard the assets of the Municipality.
  4. To provide as basis for preparation of annual budget by providing historical financial data of government revenues and expenditures.
