ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT

 

Building permit is a document issued by the Building Officials (BO) to an owner/applicant to proceed with the construction and installation. Addition, alteration, renovation, conversion, repair, moving, demolition or other

work activity of a specific project/building/structure of portion thereof after the accompanying principal plans, specification and other pertinent documents with the duly notarized application are found satisfactory and

substantially conforming with the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD1096) and its implementing

Rules and Regulations (IRR)

 

 

 

Who may avail of the service?

 

Any individual Land/Building owner, Business Establishments who wants to construct building/structures in Teresa Rizal


 

 


1. Locational / Zoning Clearance

2. Fire Department Clearance Certificate

3. Barangay Construction Clearance

4. Architectural Plan, Structural Drawing, Plumbing Plan, Electrical & Mechanical Plans

5. Bill of Materials & Estimates

6. Specification

7. TCT, Tax Declaration & Latest Tax receipt

8. Logbook

9. Signboard (1" x 2")


NOTE: Failure to accomplish the application completely and provide the required information may cause delays in the processing of the application. Fees and charges are according to the National Building Code.

 

Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)

 


Per person - ₱ 50.00


DURATION: 11 Hours and 30 Minutes


NOTE: Extension of one (1) day will be allowed for simple transaction and two (2) days for complex transactions

5. Secure recommendation for approval of the Municipal Engineer Municipal Engineer Final evaluations of plans and other documents
6. Secure final documents for verification and evaluation Municipal Engineer Confirms the recommendation and approval. Issue order of payment
7. Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer and pay the corresponding fees Municipal Engineer Receive Official Receipt for documentation
8. Submit Official Receipt for the recording and release of building permit

ISSUANCE OF OCCUPANCY PERMIT

 

Occupancy permit is a document issued by the Building Officials (BO) to the owner/applicant to proceed for the use/occupy a building or structure complies with the provision of the National Building Code


 

 

 

Who may avail of the service?

 

Any individual Land/Building Owner, Business Establishments who wants to occupy a building/structures in Teresa Rizal


 

 


1. Certificate of Completion (duly notarized)

2. Construction Logbook

3. As built plan (if there is a change in the approved plan)

4. Fire Safety Certificate from BFP (Bureau of Fire Protection)


Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)

 

DURATION: 5 Hours and 25 Minutes
