COLLECTION OF BUSINESS TAX

 

The collection of the amount payable by every individual, natural or juridical person who has an establishment

or business activity conducted within the Municipality of Teresa and which is due every 20th day of January of

each year.

 

 

 

Who may avail of the service?

 

● Businessmen


 

 


1. Completed Application form for Business Permit

 

Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)

 

Note: Skeletal personnel will be provided during snack and lunch time especially in peak season or every quarter of the year (Real Property Tax payments/business tax payment made every quarter)

DURATION: 15 minutes

Forward to the Municipal Treasurer for the approval of assessment of business tax, fees, and charges
3. Present Order of Payment Form from concerned offices

COLLECTION OF REAL PROPERTY TAX

 

SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Is a tax paid for all real properties (lot or improvements) located in the municipality and payable annually or quarterly.

 

 

 

Who may avail of the service?

 

● Real Property owners and or duly authorized representatives


 

 


1. Latest official receipt (AF#56)


Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)

DURATION: 10 Minutes

ISSUANCE OF PROPERTY TAX CLEARANCE

 

Real Property tax Clearance is a document issued to taxpayer showing the updated payments on his/her

property. This is used as supporting document for the transfer of ownership of real property, business

application, building permit application and others (file of taxpayer)
