Environmental Permit Certificate is a document issued to clients in compliance to Sangguniang Bayan

Who may avail of the service?
● All establishments that are potential contributor to pollution either in land,
body of water, air and the whole environment
1. Photocopy of Environment Compliance Certificate (ECC)
2. LLDA clearance copy

3. Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
1. Process Flow
2. ECC and/or Certificate of Non-coverage (CNC)
3. LLDA clearance
NOTE: Application will be assessed by MENRO and determine the regulatory requirements applicable. Application will be accepted conditionally pending the submission of the above requirements but will be marked and given a specified period of completion.

Farms/Agro-Industrial Projects - ₱ 800.00
Minor Est./Service Providers - ₱ 300.00 - 400.00
