Who may avail of the service?
Senior Citizens or Elderly “shall refer to any Filipino Citizen who is a resident of the Philippines and who is a sixty (60) years old and above”. It may also apply to Senior Citizen with “Dual Citizenship” status provided they prove their Filipino Citizenship and have atleast 6 months residency in the Philippines.
A. Valid Identification Documents — to avail the discount the senior citizen or his/her duly authorized representative, shall proof of eligibility office a valid and original Senior Citizen Identification Card issued by the head of the office for the Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) of the place where the Senior Citizen resides and which hall be honored nationwide.
B. Purchase Booklet — a purchase booklet shall be presented to the retailer every time a purchase of basic necessities and prime commodities are made.

This refers to the provision on disability Prevention, Rehabilitation and Equalization of opportunities for Physically , Mentally and Socially Disabled Persons in order to enhance their capability to attain a more meaningful, productive and satisfying way of life and ultimately became self-reliant and contributing member of the society.
People with disability
A disability as functional limitations whether physical or social which hinders full participation of an individual or an equal basis with other, a person with chronic illness should focus on functional limitations which could then be classified and identified as PWD as follows as accepted by:
1. Physical / Orthopedic disability

4. Speech impairment
5. Intellectual disability
6. Psycho Social Disability ( includes people with ADHD , Bi polar disorder, long term recurring depression , nervous breakdown , epilepsy , schizophrenia and other long term recurring mental or behavioral problems.)

ISSUANCE OF SOLO PARENT I.D.
Who may avail of the service?
Any individual who fall under the category of RA No.8972
"SOLO PARENT" Any individual who falls under the ff. categories:
1. A woman who gives birth as a result of rape and other crimes against even without a final conviction of the offender, provided, that the mothers keeps and raises the child.
2. Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of parenthood due to death of spouse.
3. Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of parenthood while the spouse is detained or is a service sentence for a criminal conviction for at least one (1) year.
4. Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of parenthood due to physical or mental incapacity of spouse as a certified by a public medical practitioner.
5. Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of parenthood due to legal separation or de facto separation from spouse for at least one (1) year , as long as he/she is entrusted with the custody of the children.
6. Parent left solo or alone with the responsibility of parenthood due to declaration of nullity or annulment of marriage as decreed by a court or by a church as he/she is entrusted with the custody of the children.
7. Parent left solo or alone with responsibility of parenthood due to abandonment of spouse for at least one (1) year.
8. Unmarried mother/father who has preferred to keep and rear her/his child/children instead of having other care for them of given them up to a welfare institution.
9. Any other person who solely provides parental care and support to a child or children.
10. Any family member who assumes the responsibility of head of family as a result of death , abandonment, disappearance or prolonged absence of the parents or solo parent.

AID IN CRISIS SITUATION (SCR & REFERRALS)
In the absence of provision of the needed limited assistance in case and services to individuals that are hampered to function normally because of Socio-Economic difficulties the MSWDO undertakes a Social Case Study Report and Referral Letters to concerned agencies, private or government in extending assistance in behalf of the residents of the municipality.

SOCIAL PENSION PROGRAM
Provides Php 500.00 monthly stipend to indigent Senior citizens who are 60 years old and above to help improve the living condition and meet their daily subsistence and medical needs. First Priority - 74 years old and above. Second Priority - 65 years old and above.

DAY CARE SERVICE
The provision of Supplementary Parental Care as well as Early Childhood Care and Development opportunities to under four years old children of parents who find it difficult to fully take care of their children during part of the day because of work or some other reasons.

SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR DAY CARE CHILDREN
Provision of hot meals (ulam at kanin) in addition to regular meals to children enrolled in Day Care Centers . The meals are served for 120 days and the program wil be managed by the Child Development workers with the help of Day Care Parents.

FAMILY CASE WORK
A short term or long term Case Management Procedure to troubled individual and families to assess and help sort out problems affecting them. It is addressed to families with problems in relationship as a result of crisis situation or poor communication and families with distressed family member.
