ANTI-RABIES VACCINATION
Anti-rabies vaccination certificate is a document issued to clients after vaccinating the animals / pets.
Who may avail of the service?
● Pet Owner
1. The animal / pet must be three (3) months old and above
2. Clients may bring their pets directly to the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist for vaccination or the office will schedule the vaccination in nine (9) barangays before the expiration of the previous vaccination.
Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)
No fee / charge for the vaccination certificate
